Shipping Information

We offer free shipping with orders of $50.00 or more within the Continental US.
For orders less than $50.00, shipping will be added. We use carriers based on
the best delivery cost and cost is based on current charges by weight and/or
package size. Orders should be delivered within 7-10 business days.

If your order is needed quicker, then we can ship expedited delivery for a
rate of approx. $12.00 (depending on order size) for 4-5 business day delivery. Express deliveries of 3 business days are available for all states except Hawaii and Alaska for a rate of approx. $23.00 (depending on order size).

For Canada, the shipping rate will be approx. $13.00 for each order
(depending on order size) and for other countries approx. $20.00 per order
(depending on order size). Please allow 2-4 weeks for these deliveries.
All amounts shown for shipping are in USD.

Refunds - Returns -Cancellations

If you receive a product from us that is defective (materials and workmanship),
we will refund the amount you paid or exchange it. Items returned must be in
their origional condition along with a copy of the invoice and instructions as
to whether you wish a replacement or refund and what the defect is. We cannot
refund for shipping unless we make a mistake in you order and ship an incorrect
item.

Exchanges for a different item unlike the one being returned will incur a
replacement shipping charge.

For custom printed items, we cannot refund or exchange for reasons other than
defects, processing mistakes on our part or workmanship.

Order cancellations or order changes must be made by the end of the same
business day the item is ordered.
